Cancellation, Return & Refund

This “Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy” is subject to the Terms & Conditions, Additional Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the website http://beadsndpearls.com/ and/or https://beadsndpearls.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Site” in rest of this policy document and/or across various documents contained in the said website). This policy is effective from the date and time a user registers with the Site by filling up the Registration form and accepting the terms and conditions laid out in the website’s Terms & Condition and Privacy Policy sections.

The Site is owned by Beads N Pearls (hereinafter referred to as “Beads N Pearls” or “the Company” across this policy document and/or across various documents contained in the said website). The Company has created this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy in order to demonstrate its commitment to the users’ satisfaction. As the internet is an ever-evolving medium, we may change our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes.

CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY: The Orders placed may be requested to be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order and making payment against it. In such cases, the cancellation request is auto-approved by the company and a refund of full amount paid to the Company in initiated, to be fulfilled within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

If the cancellation request is placed after 12 hours of placing the order and making payment against it, the user/subscriber/buyer/you need(s) to provide valid reason(s) for such cancellation request and provide supporting document(s) as sought from time to time, as requested. The Company considers any one of the following 3 as a valid reason for cancellation and refund: (1) Item received was defective (2) Any of the Parts was missing (3) Wrong item was received by the user/subscriber/buyer/you. The decision on such Cancellation request will be taken by the Company within 72 working hours and communicated to the requesting party. User hereby agrees that the decision (regarding the cancellation request) of the Company shall be a binding on all parties involved in the transaction. Once the Cancellation request is accepted, the subject Goods and/or Products shall be picked up by the Company’s Courier partner for return-to-origin within 2 days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation request. On receipt of the subject Goods and/or Products at the Origin, the same shall be checked by the Company and, if found as per norms, the appropriate refundable amount shall be paid by the Company to the User / Subscriber / You, to be decided based on the amount that was credited in the Company’s designated Bank Account and the proportion of the Goods and/or Products purchased by the User / Subscriber / You that were not utilized and received back at the Origin. The Goods and/or Products and/or Services, which were originally marked as “Non-Returnable”, shall not be eligible for any Return or Refund. Any Service purchased by the User / Subscriber / You from the Company shall be non-refundable by default.

REFUND POLICY: On successful Cancellation of order for eligible Goods and/or Products as per the Cancellation and Return Policy of the Company, a proportionate refund of amount duly paid, excluding tax(es) as applicable, shall be refunded, within 7 days from receipt of the returned Goods and/or Products at the Origin / Source. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment made by any other mode through any payment gateway, refund will be made through same mode and to the same account. The overall activities stated under this policy shall always be subject to compliances by the concerned party as per the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Company.

Regarding any Offline Physical Goods and/or Products and/or Services sold by any Third-Party merchant selling its physical Goods and/or Products and/or Services on the Site, the Third-party sellers choose whether or not they offer a cancellation / return / refund policy, and if they offer one, they choose how long it lasts before it expires. Hence, please check the cancellation / return / refund policy of the Third-party seller before offering to buy any Goods and/or Products and/or Services from them (Third-Party). The Site or the Company hereby explicitly deny any responsibility or accountability in such matters, as the Site or the Company neither recommends / endorses any goods/ products / services sold using the Sites commercial advertisement services, nor it acts as an agent / representative of any such third-party advertisers.
