4mm Original Rudraksha Mala For Japa
- 4mm Original Rudraksha mala is generally used with Shiva mantra and it is usually the Panch Mukhi or 5 mukhi Rudraksha Mala which is used as a Japa Mala.
- Besides being used as a Japa mala, Mala can also help to lower blood pressure and create stability within the entire system, if worn around the neck.
- Original Rudraksha mala has many healing properties that have been scientifically proved. Rosary made out of Rudraksha Beads in the auspicious numbers like (108+1, 54+1, 27+1) is called Rudraksha Mala.
- The +1 bead is called Sumeru(it is not crossed while chanting) which is considered as a boundary for returning in the reverse direction for further counting. Mala is used for wearing as well as for purpose of Japa (Chanting Mantra for Spiritual attainments).
